The Process

What Happens After You Reach Out

A consultation at EPOH is not a prescription handoff. It is a structured process of understanding your specific disease pattern before anything else.

Step 01

Initial Review

Your intake form is reviewed before the first call. This allows the consultation to begin with context — not from scratch. History, previous treatments, and current pattern are all assessed together.

Step 02

Pattern Assessment

The initial consultation focuses on identifying which internal systems are driving your HS — gut function, hormonal status, metabolic load, inflammatory pattern. No two cases share the same root structure.

Step 03

Structured Treatment Plan

A personalised, phase-based treatment plan is built around your specific pattern. This is not a generic protocol — it is sequenced around your stage, your history, and your current internal state.

"If previous treatments have not provided long-term relief, it usually means the underlying cause has not been fully addressed. A more structured and personalised approach is often required in such cases."
